Beyond Black & White: Asian Americans and the Future of Civil Rights (4/14)

The event is this Thursday, the 14th at 12:30pm in S245A in the law school. The room is best accessed through the entrance on 34th and Chestnut.

Frank H. Wu is the Chancellor & Dean of UC Hastings College of the Law, the oldest law school in the Western United States. Prior to being appointed as US Hastings' first Asian American dean, Dean Wu served as the nation's youngest law school dean at Wayne State University Law School and taught at Howard University, University of Michigan, and Peking University. Dean Wu's research and writing focuses on issues of diversity and civic engagement. His works include Yellow: Race in America Beyond Black and White and Race, Rights and Reparation: Law and the Japanese American Internment.
